Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and 77af (hereinafter "77af", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 77af.io and all related services, products, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 77af website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or using any service offered on the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific rules applicable to individual games and promotions.

77af reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond posting the revised version on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 77af Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Device" means any smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop computer, or other internet-enabled device used to access the Platform.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information applicable to each individual game offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which 77af confirms the identity, age, and address of a Player.
• "Platform" means the 77af website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at 77af.io.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using a supported payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Working Day" means any weekday (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays observed in Bangladesh.

Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 77af Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on the Platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 77af operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with all associated funds subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is made available to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77af makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any location outside Bangladesh, and accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is done entirely at your own risk.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the 77af Platform. The following circumstances are all considered evidence of duplicate account ownership and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them:

• Multiple Accounts registered to the same name, date of birth, or national identification number.
• Multiple Accounts associated with the same mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Multiple Accounts accessed consistently from the same device or IP address where no reasonable alternative explanation exists.
• Multiple Accounts linked to the same bank account number or card details.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and to update that information promptly should any of it change. 77af reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the accuracy of registration information at any time. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.5 KYC Verification

77af applies a KYC verification process to all accounts. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to a player's first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by 77af's risk and compliance team. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Processing of KYC submissions is completed within 2 working days in standard circumstances.

Account Security

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account.

77af will never contact you to ask for your password by email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 77af that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77af immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. 77af will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account. However, 77af accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You agree to log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. 77af recommends enabling two-factor authentication for an additional layer of Account security.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

77af currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits made via supported mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed in real time and credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your Account may be subject to daily or monthly deposit limits if you have activated responsible gaming controls.

77af does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges; please refer to your wallet provider's terms for details.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts in standard circumstances. Withdrawals to other supported payment methods may take up to 1 working day. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 77af does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 77af reserves the right to apply additional checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 77af Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a deposit is made using a method that processes in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 77af accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.5 Refused and Reversed Transactions

77af reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, 77af will contact the relevant Player and may request additional verification documentation before proceeding.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

77af offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from those funds may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wagers placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin table game variants, certain live dealer games, and specific sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through strategies that 77af reasonably determines to be abusive — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will be treated as a breach of these Terms. 77af reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to close the offending Account in such circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not fully wagered within the stated expiry period will automatically expire and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to track the expiry dates of active bonuses within your Account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 77af Platform is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable Game Rules before placing any wager. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant Game Rules.

7.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by 77af. 77af reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or pricing being displayed.
• The bet was placed after an event has concluded or after the relevant in-play market has closed.
• The bet is identified as part of a suspected fraudulent or collusive betting pattern.
• The maximum stake limit for the relevant market has been exceeded.

In the event of a void bet, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round or betting market, 77af will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the state of play at the time of the interruption using server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or bet will be voided and the stake returned. 77af accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.

7.4 Responsible Betting

Players are encouraged to set personal betting limits within their Account settings. 77af provides tools for setting daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits and loss limits, as well as session time limits. Using these tools does not limit your enjoyment of the Platform — it ensures that your betting activity remains within boundaries that you have personally defined.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77af Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; accessing another player's Account without their authorisation.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform in any manner designed to conceal, disguise, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Match-fixing and integrity breaches: Placing wagers on events where you have inside knowledge of the outcome or where the outcome has been manipulated in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of 77af.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any other technical vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 77af staff or other players through any Platform channel, including live chat.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77af Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of 77af or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77af.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use any Platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of 77af's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Privacy and Data

77af is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its players. The collection, storage, use, and sharing of personal data provided by you in connection with your Account and use of the Platform is governed by the 77af Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data practices include:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, and fulfilling regulatory obligations.
• All personal data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and is protected by strict access controls.
• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Interruptions to game availability caused by scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond 77af's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in the information or content displayed on the Platform.

In all cases, 77af's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

77af takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help players manage their betting activity. These tools are available within every Account and can be activated at any time without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

Amendments to These Terms

77af reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77af will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document. In cases of significant amendment, 77af may also notify registered players via the email address on file for their Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your Account by contacting the support team.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 77af operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 77af support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Before escalating any dispute to a legal forum, you agree to first contact the 77af support team in writing and allow a minimum of 15 working days for the matter to be investigated and a resolution proposed. 77af commits to investigating all disputes fairly, impartially, and in good faith.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
